Terms and Conditions

• All prospective tenants will be accompanied by us on viewings where possible.
• Tenancy agreements will be sent by email in advance of signing where possible
• Properties will be deleted from the site as soon as all terms and conditions have been agreed by all parties
• All management services may be terminated by one months notice
• Notices must be submitted in writing
• While every effort is made to avoid problems we cannot be held responsible for any damage or non-payment of rent or services or early vacating of a property by tenants
• As part of our service we will issue a tenancy agreement, however we are not legal experts and do not hold ourselves responsible for same
